We had a great 4th of July, except for the fact that it started to rain a couple hours before fireworks so they pretty much canceled them. Sadie was bummed!
It was perfect weather during the day. We barbecued and swam with some of our good friends and then went to Pei Wei for dinner. It was awesome because for the first time ever (ok not really the first time, but very rarely does this happen) we didn't have to force our kids to eat all their dinner which consisted of chicken and rice, crab won tons and a lot of veggies. It was actually fun to go out to dinner with all of our kids. Imagine that. Then we went to the park where they were supposed to do awesome fireworks didn't happen and then we rented Bedtime Stories. Sadie and Parker both sat and watched the whole thing all the way through.
It was a cute show.

Oh happy fourth!!!! You guys didn't miss much here except that aiden practically got lit on fire by the friecrackers!!!! It rained here too!!! LAME! Where is the slip and slide when you need it!!! Miss you guys!
I couldn't stop laughing about the dinner thing. Isn't that the truth!!! I miss a good quiet dinner and can't wait til our kids can sit calmly with us. Ella is getting so big. She is beautiful. We miss you guys.
Looks like a fun 4th of July! And it sounds like you guys have made some friends out there. All 3 of your kids look sooo much alike! Am I wrong?
