HALLOWEEN 2005

It is so crazy how fast time flies!

Here is what we've done since 2005:

*went to cancun mexico

*went to yosemite

*4 years of dental school

*lived in omaha for 3 years

*disneyland 3 times

*had 2 more kids

*moved to tennessee for internship & last but not least...

*bought a minivan

This was Sadie's first time at Disneyland. She was only 18 months old. Even though she didn't know the Disney characters that well, she still had fun on all the rides. Some of Sadie's cousins were there so it was extra fun for her.

This is Sadie and her favorite horse Bella. This was Jason's horse and Jason would always take Sadie up to feed her and ride her. He has since sold Bella but Sadie talks about her all the time.

This picture was taken at my bridal shower in 2003. Amber is on the left, we grew up together and have always been the best of friends! Jenny is on the right. We were room mates with her in college and we became really good friends. Even though we all 3 live in different states, we still talk to each other regularly and will always be great friends. I have to say....I love these girls and I am so thankful for their friendship!

So I know it is Saturday, but I forgot to post flashback Friday yesterday, so here it is......

I can't believe that Sadie was small enough that she fit in a shoe box. I mean, I know she was...but it just seems like she is growing up so fast! I think that she is Parker's age here. It is fun to look back at all of Sadie's pictures and see her at the stage that Parker is at. They are a lot the same! They both have such fun personalities.

When Tyler and I came in to the bathroom to find Sadie unrolling the toilet paper and making a mess, we probably did what we shouldn't have...we laughed really hard. I mean really, how could you be mad at a face like that? This was actually the first and last time that she pulled a stunt like this. She was a little over a year here.

This was almost 2 years ago. We went to Cancun with Tyler's family and it was a blast! Sadie was a party animal for a week straight. I just remember all the little creatures that she loved to hold while we were there....a few lizards, a scorpion (it's stingers were cut off), crabs. She would have them crawling all over her and she would just laugh so hard. I felt like the biggest wuss next to her because I don't even get near those things.

This was Sadie's 1st birthday. We kept telling her to dig in and get messy, but she did not want to get too dirty. She was so clean....even now she hates having her hands dirty. Parker would have wolfed down the thing before anyone else could get some and it would be all over him. (we'll see how he does in a couple months). I can't believe that she is 3 now and that we have another kid that will be 1 soon!
